We install, you record
Our team installs and sets everything up, then trains your people. You record your first session on handover day.

Before you send us your room.
Is the plan really free?
Yes. You get the layout, kit plan and two prices at no cost. If you decide not to go ahead, that's fine. The plan is yours to keep.
What does "installed in under 30 days" mean?
We count 30 days from the day your deposit is paid. Stock and access to the building can affect dates, so your plan shows a confirmed installation date before you pay anything.
I'm not sure of the exact measurements. Is that a problem?
No. Rough numbers and clear photos are enough to start. Use the measuring guide on the form. If anything is unclear we'll call you, and we'll check the space before final pricing.
Can you supply the furniture too?
Yes. Tick "Yes" on the form and we'll include a desk and seating that suit the room and the camera angles in your plan.
We already have some equipment. Do we have to replace it?
Not if it's up to the job. Tell us what you have and we'll say honestly what's worth keeping, then price the rest around it.
Who helps us after installation?
We do. Training is part of every package, and our support team is available Monday to Friday on support@kpg.co.za if something needs attention later.
