We will always do our utmost to ship stock as quickly as possible but this is always subject to stock availability in our stores, with suppliers (in case we don't have stock currently).

Communication is a critical part of our customer service and we will endeavour to provide communication throughout the order and shipment process to ensure that you are well aware of how far your shipment is and when you can expect it.

Where delays are experienced due to unforeseen supplier constraints or import/ customs delays and this product is not a special order item (which cannot be cancelled - but will always be communicated and confirmed prior to processing) we offer 100% refund guarantees!
