Direct Brand Access

KPG holds direct appointments with 80+ global manufacturers. We draw on manufacturer application engineers during design, access factory-level technical training, and escalate directly to OEM technical teams when needed. No distribution layer in between.

Long-Term Partnership

We build relationships based on technical honesty, clear scope, and delivery against what we specify. Most of our clients have been with us for more than five years.

Field-Proven Delivery

Every installation is scoped, commissioned and handed over by engineers who were trained by the manufacturers whose equipment they install. Standard of work that holds up under audit.

1994

Company Formally Established

KPG was formally established in Johannesburg as a specialist AV and broadcast technology integrator, supplying and installing professional equipment for South African media organisations.

2003

Appointed Apple Video Solutions Specialist

KPG received an Apple Video Solutions Specialist appointment, recognising our technical capability in professional video workflows built on Apple hardware and software platforms.

2010

Johannesburg Regional Office Opened

KPG opened its Johannesburg regional office, extending our reach to serve broadcast, production and enterprise clients across Gauteng and the wider South African market.

Factory-Certified Engineers

Our engineers are certified directly by the manufacturers whose equipment they install — not through a third-party or distributor programme. For complex specifications, we draw on manufacturer application engineers at the design stage, which means the OEM's own technical team reviews your system before a component is ordered.

Structured Project Delivery

Every installation follows a defined process: technical brief, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. Scope, timeline and sign-off criteria are agreed before work begins. No verbal commitments — everything is documented and signed off at each stage.

SLA-Based Support

Ongoing support is structured under agreed service levels with defined response times and escalation paths. When a fault requires manufacturer involvement, KPG escalates directly to the OEM technical team — a path available only to direct brand appointees, not general resellers.
